ACTIVITY 1:

Look in your purse, pocket or briefcase and consider the items you see. Now, select one item that holds special meaning for you and put it on the table in front of you. Develop a brief explanation for why that particular item provides an important insight about you.

What you have just done is to identify artifacts-items that represent you. And, your explanations are your rationale for selecting these artifacts. These are the first steps in the portfolio process that is the focus of this module.
